Results: Available within 6–20 business days after the lab receives your sample. Results are sent by email.
Refunds:
- Full refund if cancelled before dispatch.
- Refund (minus £25 admin/restocking fee) if returned within 30 days unused/unopened.
- No refunds for used or expired kits.
Consultations: Test price includes the lab report only. Consultations must be purchased separately if you want personalised interpretation.

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between My Nutrition – Dainora Bickauskiene (“we,” “us,” “our”) and you (“the client,” “you,” “your”) when purchasing any functional laboratory test through our website or services.

By ordering a test, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. These Terms should be read alongside our Disclaimer, Privacy Notice, and Cookies Policy.

Our goal is to ensure transparency about ordering, shipping, cancellations, kit expiry, additional fees, and result processing. Please read this information carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase a test.
Parents or guardians may order tests for children, but consent is required.
By ordering, you confirm you are legally able to consent to testing.

2. Ordering & Payment

Orders are placed securely via our website or Stripe checkout.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
Prices are clearly displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable.
Prices may be updated, but your confirmed payment will not change once completed.

3. Phlebotomy (Blood Draw) Requirements

Some laboratory tests (including Cyrex tests and selected blood-based panels) require a venous blood draw performed by a qualified phlebotomist.
The phlebotomy fee is not included in the test price and must be paid directly to your chosen phlebotomy provider.
You may use:
- Superdrug Phlebotomy Service
- A nurse at your GP practice (if available)
- A private phlebotomy clinic
It is the client’s responsibility to arrange the blood draw and ensure the sample is collected according to the instructions provided in the test kit.
For Cyrex tests, the blood sample must be posted on the same day as the blood draw (Monday–Wednesday only) to ensure the sample reaches the laboratory within the required time window.

4.Additional Requirements for Cyrex Tests

Cyrex tests must be completed and returned within 3 months of purchase, as requisitions expire after 90 days.
Long-term gluten avoidance may reduce immune response and increase the chance of false-negative results.
If clinically advised, gluten may be reintroduced for 7 days and the blood draw completed 25–30 days later.
Immunosuppressant or steroid medication may affect antibody levels; ideally allow 60 days after completing these medications (only under medical guidance).
Cyrex tests measure immune reactivity, not coeliac disease, and results should be interpreted alongside symptoms and history.
Do not stop any prescribed medication without speaking to your doctor.

5. Shipping & Delivery

UK orders: Kits are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Free return shipping is included (where stated).
European orders: Available for an additional fee. Please contact us before ordering to confirm the cost and delivery timeframe.
International (outside Europe): Not currently available.
Delivery times may vary due to courier or postal delays; we are not liable for such delays.
Cyrex blood samples must be posted on the same day as the blood draw, Monday–Wednesday only, to ensure next-day delivery to the laboratory.

6. Kit Use & Expiry

All kits have an expiry date. Samples must be collected and sent to the lab before expiry.
All test kits must be completed and returned within 3 months of purchase. This applies to all laboratories, including Cyrex (requisition expires after 90 days).
If the kit expires, a replacement fee of £15–£30 (depending on the test) will apply.
Replacement kits may also incur extra shipping charges.
If collection instructions are not followed and the sample cannot be processed, a replacement fee will apply.

7. Sample Return

UK clients: Use the provided prepaid envelope and post samples Mon–Wed only, to ensure they arrive promptly.
European clients: Return shipping is your responsibility unless otherwise specified. Please follow courier instructions carefully.
We cannot accept liability for lost, delayed, or damaged samples during transit.

8. Results & Processing

Once the lab receives your sample, results are normally available within 6–20 business days (depending on the test).
Results are sent to you directly by email in PDF format.
The cost of the test includes the laboratory report only.
Consultations for interpretation are not included, unless purchased separately.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Before dispatch: Orders cancelled before kit dispatch are fully refundable.
After dispatch (within 30 days): You may return an unused and unopened kit for a refund, minus a £25 restocking/admin fee and any postage we incur.
After 30 days: Refunds are not available.
Used kits: No refunds once a sample has been collected.
Expired kits: No refunds; replacement fees apply.

10. Additional Fees

Replacement kit: £15–£30 (depending on test).
Admin/restocking fee for returns: £25.
European shipping/reshipping: Quoted individually.
Missed courier collection or delayed returns: May require purchasing a new kit.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We comply with GDPR and handle your personal and health data securely. Data is shared only with our partner laboratories for testing purposes.

12. Medical Disclaimer
