Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango diced
  • 1/2 cup  fresh  or frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp MCT oil or coconut oil
  • 1 cup coconut milk unsweetened
  • 1 scoop collagen powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend well.
  • Serve immediately or store in a covered jar in the refrigerator for 1 day.
