A nutrient packed Raspberry and Mango Smoothie which will bring you to the tropics. This Raspberry Mango Smoothie is dairy free, sugar free and suitable for the AIP and Paleo diet. It’s one of the most refreshing smoothies you’ll find with creamy frosty texture, and stunning brilliant colour.

 

Flavour Variations

 

Follow this recipe and you will make a delicious autoimmune Paleo raspberry and mango smoothie. However, if you want to play with the recipe here are a few ideas:

Option 1: To get it more creamer substitute the mango for the frozen banana or use coconut yogurt.

Option 2: Add a few fresh mint or basil leaves for an herbaceous spin.

Option 3:  Add ½ teaspoon grated ginger to the mix for a spicy brightness.

 

Raspberry & Mango Smoothie

  • Blender
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango (diced)
  • 1/2 cup  fresh  or frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp MCT oil or coconut oil
  • 1 cup coconut milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 scoop collagen powder (optional)
  1. Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend well.

  2. Serve immediately or store in a covered jar in the refrigerator for 1 day.
