Green Breakfast Smoothie (AIP, Paleo)
This green breakfast smoothie is great for anyone who follows an autoimmune Paleo protocol (AIP) or original Paleo diet and wants something light and delicious. It is full of nutrients that your immune system will adore.
If you are fancy to have a smoothie for your breakfast, then make sure you add some protein with it. Adding protein to the smoothie will fill you up for longer.
Green Breakfast Smoothie
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup leafy greens (I love kale)
- 1/4 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1/4 banana fresh or frozen
- 1 scoop collagen peptides powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or MCT oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon optional
- Place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend and serve.
