Do you know you aren’t eating as well as you should be or your diet is affecting your health and don’t know how to fix it? A diet analysis can help us to assess your current diet, if you are gaining enough vitamins and minerals from the foods you eat, if you have enough fibre in your diet to aid digestion, if you are drinking enough water to keep your body hydrated and working at its optimum level.

Fill out the Contact Us form, we will then send you a Health Questionnaire and the  3 Day Food Diary for you to complete. After recording a typical three day food diary, this information will be entered into a sophisticated computer program. You will get a report which outlines all the vitamins, minerals and macronutrients you have eaten over those days. Any areas for improvement will be highlighted and recommendations will be made for these areas including foods to be added and/or omitted from your diet.

 

From this information we then break your current diet into:

 

Calories

Fat

Saturated fat

Sugar

Carbohydrate

Fibre

Protein

 

This is also the first step to our personalised diet plans. Once I have analysed your current diet, I will then create an improved plan and breakdown of all the changes. It will be nutritionally balanced and full of all the components your body needs to function at its optimum level.
