Delicious Chia Seed Pudding
This delicious oat-chia pudding is a really good option for quick breakfast. Moreover it contains high amounts of goodies such as omega, fibre, vitamins, antioxidants, calcium, magnesium and etc.
2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup agave or maple syrup
2 cups almond milk
1 Tbsp cocoa powder or carob
2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
In a medium mixing bowl, combine oats, flax seeds, chia seeds, agave syrup (or other liquid sweetener), and almond milk.
Divide into 4 separate smaller bowls or jars. Add the cocoa powder, nut butter, and yogurt; then let it cool in a fridge for at least an hour or overnight.
And at last, add strawberries on the top and enjoy !
