Buckwheat Porridge

How to use buckwheat
If you’ve never made it before, don’t worry. Buckwheat is easy to work with. It comes in the form of groats (toasted or raw), noodles and flour. The raw groats are available completely raw or sprouted. The completely raw groats work great for making a grain-free, hot cereal.
Buckwheat Porridge (Serves 1)
I love to eat buckwheat porridge with sauerkraut and pickles or with fresh chopped tomato and parsley. Basically, you can use your imagination.
Ingredients:
200ml water
55g Buckwheat
50gr sauerkraut, 2 cucumber pickles
2tsp ground hemp seeds
Himalayan salt and ground black pepper
Method:
Soak raw or toasted buckwheat in the water overnight. In the morning preheat buckwheat (if prefer worm), add some salt and black pepper. Serve with sauerkraut, pickles and hemp seeds (optional).
